This house is one of three project home types designed for a project home builder. The houses were constructed at Homeworld at Blacktown.
This particular house, the Loft House, was designed to be flexible in its orientation to grab the north sun as well as to provide a sense of height and space in a small three bedroom (plus study/loft) house.
