Welcome to Robertson & Hindmarsh Architects

Robertson & Hindmarsh Pty Ltd (formed in 1971) is a small, award-winning architectural practice that evolved out of the post-war architectural partnership of B.S. Robertson & Hindmarsh (established in 1953).  The partnership was established by two returned servicemen, Bruce Stewart Robertson and Thomas Joseph (Jack) Hindmarsh, who met during their architecture studies at the University of Sydney.

The current directors of Robertson & Hindmarsh Pty Ltd are Jan Robertson and Scott Bruce Robertson, who met during their architecture studies at the University of NSW. 

From 1953 to 2026 the practice was based in Sydney, Australia.
